The protein expressions of key regulators in dopamine synthesis (tyrosine hydroxylase,TH), transport (dopamine transporter, DAT),decompose (catecholamine-O-methyltransferase, COMT) as well as the dopamine receptors on the post-synaptic membrane (DRD1, DRD2, DRD3, DRD4 and DRD5) were detected.
