Figure S8. Western blotting analysis of QseB expression in L. enzymogenes YC36 strain after TPAD was added, untreated L. enzymogenes YC36 strain (-) and L. enzymogenes YC36 strain with 2 μg/ml TPAD. Western blot results showed that after TPAD treated , qseB expression was up-regulated, which was consistent with qPCR and transcriptome result.
