Customer Service Representative


Job Summary:
Answer incoming calls from customers to process orders; respond to general inquiries and questions; handle complaints; troubleshoot problems - all while providing outstanding customer service.



Primary Responsibilities:
Answer phones professionally
Process orders and forms in a timely fashion
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Coordinate with GoodsIn/GoodsOut (Shipping/Receiving), or other departments, when needed
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow-up on customer calls where necessary



Job Requirements:
Minimum HS diploma/GED – college degree (or in-process) highly preferred.
Minimum one year of customer service experience required (could include retail, hospitality, etc.)
Experience in a call center environment or administrative experience preferred
Strong PC skills required
Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative
Proven experience as a team player
